You (and the joint shared owner where applicable) will need to supply proof of identity and address with your shared ownership sale instruction. Your sales instruction form must also be accompanied with a valid RICS valuation report.

Acceptable formats are PDF, JPG or PNG format. Please keep file-sizes to 5mb each.
