Latimer retains “Gold Award” for customer satisfaction
For the second year running we’re proud to have been awarded the 2024 Gold Award for customer satisfaction by industry-recognised In-house Research Ltd.
Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, is proud to have achieved the Gold Award for customer satisfaction awarded by In-house Research Ltd. for the second year in a row.
In-house Research Ltd is a specialist market research company that provides this award to housebuilders who achieve a recommendation score of 90% or above for the full survey year. The customer feedback is received through an independent telephone survey of new homeowners.
Retaining this award is a team effort and the result of everyone at Latimer being committed to always keeping the needs of the customer in focus. Across the country there's a genuine desire in our regional teams to live up to the ethos of our business. Latimer delivers more.
